Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Lazox mobile application or website (the "Service"), operated by Tharvision Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use Lazox. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account & Verification

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity under your account. Lazox may require identity verification, including a government-issued ID, before granting full access to platform features.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lazox for any unlawful purpose, to harass, threaten, or exploit other users, to misrepresent your identity, to circumvent in-app payments, or to attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.

5. Payments

All payments for activities booked through Lazox must be made using the in-app payment system. Attempting to solicit or complete payment outside the app is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension.

6. Safety Disclaimer

While Lazox provides safety features such as verification, live location tracking, and SOS alerts, we cannot guarantee the conduct of other users. You are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment when meeting activity partners.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the timing and nature of the activity request, as displayed within the app at the time of booking.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behaviour, or pose a safety risk to other users, with or without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tharvision Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
